We are looking for a hands-on Google Ads Specialist who doesn't just run campaigns — they own them end-to-end. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and analysis across paid search and display, working closely with growth, product, and client success teams. This is a performance-first role: you are accountable for CAC, conversion rates, and ROI, and you will be expected to tell the story behind the numbers. Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments is strongly preferred. You should be equally comfortable building a campaign from scratch, diving into funnel analytics, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

What You'll Do
• Own Google Ads strategy and execution across Search, Display, and Performance Max — including campaign architecture, audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget allocation.
• Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Analyze full-funnel performance data using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and complementary tools (e.g., Amplitude) to identify friction points and surface actionable insights.
• Build and maintain monthly performance dashboards and reporting, translating campaign metrics into clear ROI narratives for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with product and content teams to align paid acquisition with in-product messaging, onboarding flows, and retention initiatives.
• Manage keyword research, negative keyword lists, Quality Score optimization, and landing page alignment to maximize campaign efficiency
. • Support go-to-market campaigns for product launches and events, including retargeting strategies to maximize post-event conversion.
• Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, proactively applying new features where relevant.

What We're Looking For
Required

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with full ownership of strategy and budget.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize toward performance KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rate.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
• Experience with A/B testing methodology — not just running tests, but structuring them correctly and drawing valid conclusions.
• Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, spotting trends, and translating findings into campaign changes.
• Clear written and verbal communication — you can explain campaign performance to a non-technical stakeholder without losing the detail.
• Structured approach to reporting: you build dashboards and decks that tell a story, not just export data.

Preferred
• Experience running paid campaigns in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or Amazon Ads as complementary paid channels.
• Exposure to product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how organic and paid search interact.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or equivalent technical literacy — a plus for roles supporting cloud-adjacent products.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; demonstrated results matter more than credentials.
